The Hellenic Women’s of North Shore was founded in the Manhasset area in 1977.

It was formed by a group of women of Hellenic origin and interests in order to share

their common experiences, activities and goals.

The scope of this organization is social, philanthropic, civic, and cultural.

Since its inception, members have enjoyed activities such as book clubs, day trips,

needlecraft, gardening, tennis, and theater.
